RENTAL POLICIES

Vehicles are subject to availability. Wheels 4 Rent does not guarantee the use of any vehicle shown during the reservation process.

A minimum of two days rent applies for Saturday rentals.

Rate Policy

All rental rates and surcharges shown are subject to change without notice. All rates are subject to a $5/day Vehicle Licensing/Insurance Recovery Fee and any additional surcharges that apply. All applicable taxes and fees are applied at time of pickup.

Payment Policy

Deposits must be made with a valid MAJOR CREDIT CARD ONLY. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express only, for deposits. Credit card holder and credit card must be present at time of pickup. Interac debit is accepted payment ONLY after the completion of the rental. Please note that any form of Prepaid cards, Debit Cards, Banks cards are NOT accepted as rentals deposit. A minimum of $1,000.00 Preauthorization on the credit card is required.

Driver’s License

A valid driver’s license must be presented at time of pickup. You MUST show us your actual Licence card, No copies or other images are accepted. G2 license holders are subject to an additional $10.00/day. Any additional driver must be stated at time of rental and present a valid driver’s license. Additional drivers are subject to an additional $11.00/day per driver (spouses are no-charge).

For 12-15 passenger vans, it is a Ministry of Transport requirement that you hold a "B", "C" or "F" class drivers licence. No exceptions: It's the law. If you hold a G class drivers licence you will only qualify to rent an 11 passenger van.

IMORTANT NOTE: All 11-15 Passenger Vans, Minivans and ALL trucks, require The renter to hold a valid Ontario drivers license and provide satisfactory proof of address.

Underage Policy

Underage drivers are subject to additional surcharges. Renters between the ages of 21-23 are subject to an additional $20.00/day. Renters between the ages of 24-25 are subject to an additional $10.00/day.

Insurance Policy

A Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) will be added at time of rental for your protection. CDW coverage is included on all Basic Used Cars ONLY ; all other vehicles will be subject to a minimum additional $25.00/Day coverage fee.
Alternate coverage such as insurance endorsement or credit card CDW coverage is accepted and welcomed.

TRAVEL RESTRICTIONS

Due to current market conditions and shortage of vehicles, we are forced to keep our vehicle longer. We do not allow our vehicles out of province without our prior permission.

Please let us know your destination at the time of booking.

SUMMER RENTALS

During the months of June, July and August, We request that any cars and minivans returned on Fridays and Saturdays be returned by 10:00am at the latest.

CHRISTMAS EVE Returns: December 24th MUST BE RETURNED BY 9:00am
